The Military Court of Cassation chaired by Judge Tani Latouf ended the interrogation of Lieutenant Colonel Suzan al-Hajj, accused of hiding information about her superiors about the fabrication of the file on the deal with Israel for the theater actor Ziad Itani, who led to the arrest of the latter for two and a half months.

During his lengthy interrogation, Al-Hajj denied any connection to the Itani file and reported that he was informed of the delusion that the State Security Agency had arrested Ziad Itani in an Israel-related case, and was shocked when Ghobsh He told him that Ziad confessed to dealing with Israel in five minutes.
Al-Hajj noted that he learned during the course of the investigation in the archive that Ghobsh created a fake Israeli account and tried to lure Ziad Itani into speaking with him through this account.
In response to the question of the representative of the Public Ministry, Judge Ghassan Khoury, if anyone can create a false account in the name of a specific person, his answer was: Yes, if he has a minimum of technical experience.
He indicated that the file that Ghobash presented to the State Security Agency could not accuse Itani because it was an empty file, and if they (State Security) had sought the help of a technical expert, they would have quickly discovered that this report does not have courage and hastened to destroy it.
