The Ministry of Public Health said in a statement: “It was confirmed that 6 positive cases with COVID-19 were recorded among passengers who were on board the flight that arrived from Sierra Leone yesterday, Monday.
Consequently, the affected cases will be transferred to the hospital with emphasis on the application of strict domestic quarantine for negative cases, knowing that the Ministry will monitor them daily and whoever shows any symptoms will be referred to the hospital for further examination.
As for the flights that arrived yesterday from Yerevan, Riyadh, Kiev, Warsaw and London, and the flight that arrived the day before yesterday from Dubai, no injuries were recorded on board, and the results of all the passenger checks were negative.
