The leadership of the Beirut International Airport Security Service said on Saturday that the wife of Syrian businessman Rami Makhlouf is with their two children and 6 people. They left through the airport earlier this month “in accordance with the procedures followed for all travelers.”
This came in a statement from the device’s leadership, following news on social media that the Makhlouf family had traveled. The leadership of the device added in a statement that “no party official was fired by them.”
The statement continues: “Guest Razan Othman, Rami Makhlouf’s wife, entered Lebanon with her family through the factory road (land borders) on 10/2/2020 and left the airport on the same date, heading to Dubai aboard Emirates Airlines, accompanied by eight people Among them are her two children.
The statement added: “They arrived naturally at the airport according to the approved mechanism, and their passports were recommended (checked) before boarding the plane, and their passports were handed over and were not seen by any party official.”
The statement indicated that “all his suitcases were passed to the inspection machines with the same normality as other travelers.”
