The President of the Republic began the meeting with a brief presentation on the measures and measures taken since the announcement of the extension of public mobilization on April 27, 2020 in the framework of the prevention of the Corona virus, and stressed the need to give importance to the high cost of all goods and materials, take control measures and protect consumers with respect to Consider the types of products, their sources and their margins.

Then, the Prime Minister presented the second stage of measures and measures that have been taken and implemented by the government and the ministers. The President indicated that the general evaluation is good, but citizens did not adhere to the restrictions and gradual mitigation measures, and this may be negatively reflected in the spread of the epidemic. After deliberating and listening to the relevant ministers and also to the leaders of the military and security services regarding the security, economic and life situation since the announcement of the extension of public mobilization on April 27, 2020 until today (yesterday), it was decided to control the security conditions and take the necessary measures and measures against violators and aggressors of public and private properties.

In the context of pursuing confronting this danger with public mobilization, which is provided for in Article 2 of Legislative Decree No. 102/1983 (National Defense) with the plans and special provisions addressed in this article, in addition to the measures and measures previously taken by the Council of Ministers at its previous meetings, the Supreme Defense Council decided to submit an end to the Council of Ministers that includes:

1. New extension of the general mobilization case announced by Decree No. 6296/2020 from 05/11/2020 to 05/20/2020 inclusive.

2. Highlighting the activation and implementation of the measures and procedures imposed by Decree No. 6198/2020 and Decree No. 6209/2020, Decree No. 6251/2020 and Decree No. 6296/2020 and Resolution No. 49/2020 of March 21, 2020 issued by the State of the Prime Minister (Instructions) Implementation of Decree 6198) and the relevant decisions of the Minister of the Interior and Municipalities, during the period of general mobilization mentioned above.

3. Maintain the economic activities that allowed to gradually restore the work within its scope and in accordance with the time stages mentioned in Article 2 of Decree No. 6251/2020 and under certain conditions based on the following criteria: intensity of mixing, number of mixing, possibility of adjustment, priority level and potential risks.

4. Demand from the military and security services all strictly deterrents, in the suppression of violations, that lead to the non-spread of the virus and its spread.
