President Aoun explained that in order to contain the epidemic, “the public must respond to the measures that will be taken, abide by the means of prevention and cooperate with the competent authorities,” noting that the closure decision to be made will be at the national level. , taking into account some sectors, factories and hospital institutions to be able to do the responsibilities assigned to it.
And the sectors exempted from the closure were identified and were the following:
Mills, ovens and everything related to the storage and manufacture of food and agricultural products, banks, army, security forces, Ministry of Health; Hospitals; Dispensaries, ngos, trusts, cooperative of state employees.
Investment funds and everything related to hospitalization documentation and everything related to air, maritime and land facilities
Electricity to Lebanon and everything related to the maintenance and distribution of electricity.
– Communication, alpha ogero. Touch to block the Internet.
The General Directorate of Petroleum manages the oil installation and everything related to diesel and gasoline.
– All water services, publications, Banque du Liban, everything related to industry, the economy, import and export.
Members of the diplomatic corps, judges, lawyers and everything related to issues of release, consideration and adjudication of emergency cases, media, freight transport, delivery, hotels and furnished apartments.
