The Ministry of Information has warned of the imitators: prison sentence of five

[ad_1]

The following statement was issued by the Ministry of Information:

In the interest of the Ministry of Information on the good performance of the media work, the ministry is concerned first of all to thank all media professionals who with a distinguished effort are up to date with the general closing period, so that their transfer objective and professional image assisted and helped implement the general closure procedures.

From this point of view, and to protect the media body, the Ministry of Information confirms once again that the perseverance in the government’s decision undermines the health security of society, and warns anyone who tries to exploit the targeted media message to the achievement of the public good, impersonating or falsifying documents related to media professionals to facilitate their circulation during the closing and out of time. It is permissible, or by any other means contrary to the law, and reminds them that the Lebanese Penal Code extends to such acts and incriminates them with a fine and imprisonment, so its articles explicitly stipulate that the imposter and the author of the Counterfeiting will be punished with a prison term of up to five years.

Finally, the Ministry points out that media workers who can move outside the allowed hours must be holders of a professional card and carry out a media mission.
