The decision included articles specifying the institutions excluded from the Cabinet decision to close, and consequently the times allowed to open and close them.
The first article included: “All institutions, private markets, commercial companies, the education sector, banks and sidewalks” la Corniche “are closed for four days from 7:00 pm today, Wednesday, until 5:00 am next Monday pm.
Article Two: The decision to restrict the movement of tourist cars and motorcycles in accordance with the single and double regulations continues in Resolution No. 479 of 5/5/2020. The time of the prohibition to go out and enter the streets and highways will be adjusted between six in the afternoon and five in the morning every day, and on Sunday May 17, 2020, it is prohibited to drive all kinds of cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Article Three: Contrary to any other text, it is excluded from the provisions of Articles 1 and 2:
1- Hospital and health institutions, food, industrial and agricultural sectors, the port, the airport and the companies that work with him and his employees, doctors and nurses, the military and elements of the Lebanese Red Cross, civil defense, fire and ambulances , municipalities, the diplomatic corps, the media and media professionals, employees of the General Directorate of the Presidency of the Republic, the Parliament, the Presidency and the Council of Ministers, the Council of Ministers and EDL and Kadisha, the Lebanon Water Corporation, major factories, security companies and their mechanisms, trucks to transport food and medical supplies of all kinds, water, fuel and gas tanks. Liquid waste, sweeping and collection of companies and waste transfer, to be functional cards based on identification upon request. ”
