The Iranian Navy announced today, Thursday, that it has sighted a foreign submarine approaching the “Qaddar 99” maneuver area, which the Iranian Navy concluded today.
The Iranian military indicated that the foreign submarine approached the maneuvering area in its final stage in the northern Indian Ocean, requiring the movement of its forces.
According to the “IRNA” agency, antisubmarine helicopters timely detected the foreign submarine and forced it to leave the area of the exercises.
