The Syrian city of Raqqa returns once again to the eye of the storm. It is the one that ISIS chose to declare its Islamic caliphate, and it is the same thing that the SDF forces took pride in controlling and flying the PKK flags on destruction, without neglecting the mass massacres that were committed against the people of the city and that are still being discovered. Little by little until today.
In a remarkable development, Russian forces sent military reinforcements to the Ain Issa district in the northern Raqqa countryside, after the National Army announced the start of the operation to liberate the city in the next few hours.
The “Furat Post” website, which specializes in news in the eastern region, said that some 70 members of the Fifth Corps, which are directly administered by the Russians, arrived in the Ain Issa district, north of Raqqa.
According to the site, the reinforcements that arrived for the Fifth Corps coincided with the arrival of 10 armored vehicles and 20 Russian military police from the Al-Tala` camp in the Deir Ezzor governorate.

On the other hand, the “SDF” forces had sensed the Turkish danger looming towards them, so they raised the Russian flag at several of their military points in the vicinity of the Ain Issa district, north of Raqqa, while who appear to have started implementing the agreement or lifted them to protect their sites from Turkish bombardments.
The city of Ain Issa is particularly important and strategically located due to its location on the M4 international motorway, which Russia has been trying to open for more than a year, starting with the areas it passes through in Idlib, all the way to the east. from Syria.
But the importance of Ain Issa for the “Qasd” forces is doubled, as it is the political and administrative capital of the Autonomous Administration, and if Turkey, with its support to the National Army, was able to drive the SDF out of Ain Issa, then this means completely attacking the administrative decentralization project in eastern Syria.
