The arrest of Miss Great Britain Zara Holland in Barbados

Elaf from Beirut: Barbados authorities have arrested former Miss Great Britain, Zara Holland, after she tried to return to the UK with her boyfriend, although they were confirmed to be infected with the Corona virus.

According to the British newspaper “Daily Mail”, the 25-year-old Holland and her friend Elliot Love (30 years old) tested the virus to detect the virus upon arrival on the island, and after obtaining the result, which was positive, the two received red bracelets. Stating that they were injured, but they cut him off and tried to flee to the airport by taxi.

One of the Sugar Bay Resort employees found the bracelets and called the police, and after trying to contact Holland and her friend, they had arrived at the airport, and it was reported that the couple had been detained since last night in the room of people with coronavirus at St. Lucy Hospital in northern Barbados.

Holland and her boyfriend will face criminal charges, including endangering the lives of others, a fine of £ 18,000 each and 12 months in prison for breaking the rules.
