Article 1: According to the decisions of the general closure, the public and private schools and secondary schools are transferred and the work is suspended with the face-to-face learning within the blended learning program as of

Article Two: Blended learning is replaced by distance learning during the closure period in public and private schools and secondary schools.

Article Three: Work continues in official schools and high schools with the complete weekly teaching program specified in this regard according to the schedule attached to Decree No. 10227/97, ​​and work is suspended dividing people into groups, and the division adopts a group.

Article Four: By regulating the calculation of hours and wages during the closing period in official schools and high schools, the work of mechanization workers, contractors, employees, multidisciplinary team and specialist educators in official schools and high schools is calculated as follows way:

First: With regard to the multidisciplinary work team in inclusive schools, the remuneration for the hours of remote support that the multidisciplinary work team implements in schools is calculated.
