The Ministry of Public Health announced the registration of 2,708 new cases of the emerging corona virus “Covid 19”, in parallel with the registration of 20 new deaths during the last 24 hours due to contagion of the disease.
In its daily report, the Ministry noted that 2,676 locally verified injuries were registered, while there are 32 imported cases and 12 cases related to injuries in the medical sector. He indicated that the total number of injured in Lebanon reached 165,933, while the total number of victims of the epidemic in the country reached 1,353.
It also reported that the total number of injured in the medical sector since the spread of “Covid 19” in the country to the present amounted to 1933 injured.
