The federation circulated two letters of invitation to its clubs to attend the ordinary general assembly scheduled at 3:00 p.m., and the general electoral assembly to be held at 4:00 a.m. on the same day. And establish the conditions of participation and candidacy as follows:
Only clubs that have paid their annual subscription and that have participated in any of the official team tournaments of the year 2019 participate in these meetings, provided that they have an administrative declaration valid for the period up to the date of the meeting, based on the decision of the Ministry of Youth and Sports No. 88/1/2020 of 08/25/2020. The club officer, including the president, must have a letter of authorization duly signed by the president and secretary, indicating the date of the decision and the session number, and affixed with the club seal.
In the event that the quorum is not complete in the first session (half plus one), then the assembly will be summoned to a second session on the 19th of this month at the same place and time, and the quorum is legal for those who attend.
The nomination period opened on Monday, November 30 and continues until December 5 (daily between eleven in the morning and four in the afternoon). Nomination requests signed by the candidate are personally delivered to the Federation Secretariat at the Federation headquarters in Kfarchima. The candidate receives a receipt with their documents and the names of the candidates are announced at the end of the nomination period.
