This year, the Syrian drama will achieve a large group of Levantine series, the first of which is “Haret Al-Qobba” (60 episodes, written by Osama Kokosh, directed by Rasha Sharbatji and produced by the company “Ivory” / Hani Al -Ashi), starring Abbas Al-Nouri, Sulafa Maimar, Fadi Subaih, Khaled. Al-Qish, we condemn Tahsin Bey, Nadine Khoury. The work presents a story that does not leave the mold of the Levantine situation, but that tries to overcome itself through suspense to a certain extent, and projects a story that revolves around the time of the trip in Berlin without getting into the question historical except with a very soft background, and the rotation between the propositions that the actors usually interpret based on the experience. Rasha Sharbatji, his diligence and his attempt at technical innovation, or a visual formulation that increases the exciting state of work!
The second series will be “Silk Market 2”. After the failure of its first part despite the multitude of stars who starred in it, namely: Bassam Kousa, Salloum Haddad, Karis Bashar, Fadi Sobeih, condemning Tahseen Beek and others, mbc, the true producer of the series, decided to change teams. Therefore, I changed writers after Janan Al-Mahraji wrote the first part, to read the text with Saif Hamed, and agreed with Muthanna Subuh to take over the directing functions to succeed the two brothers Bassam and Moamen Al-Mulla. Hoping that the escalation of the story will change and intensify and try to capture a wider audience!
For its part, the Golden Line (Diala and Nayef Al-Ahmar) is preparing for a group of works after going through the decathlon experience. Among these “Arabji” series (Shami’s play written by Othman Juha and directed by Tamer Ishaq and starring Basem Yakhour, Karis Bashar is likely to co-star with her). According to its author, the series narrates the biography of the rise of a man from the destitute background of Damascus, after working as an “Arab”, that is, based on a means of transport, to control the wheat trade that was in the hands of the Ottomans at that time, which means they enjoyed extensive economic power after being poor.
The viewer will also be on a date with the presentation of the series “Sons of Sultan” (written by Saeed Al-Hinnawi and directed by Ghazwan Qahwaji, produced by “Shakra for Artistic Production” – starring Hossam Tahsin Bey, Salim Sabry, Yehia Bayazi, Maher Shakra and Abdel Moneim Amayri presenting a traditional formula for the fight for money ..), and authority and prestige in the Levantine neighborhood, and details that may have been repeated imitating all the Levantine series that preceded it!
The company “Qabnad” continues to produce new parts of the series “Bab Al Hara” (written by Marwan Kawouk, directed by Muhammad Zuhair Rajab, starring: Zuhair Abdul Karim, Radwan Aqili, Najah Safkouni, Qassem Melh, Umayya Malas, Zuhair Ramadan , Fateh A Salbyad, Mustafa Al-Mustafa, Bilal Martini). The series features an independent shaman work that was falsely attached to the name of the famous series, after Muhammad Qaband managed to steal the production rights to this work from Bassam Al-Mulla!
The company itself will present a second part of “ProCare” (written by Samir Hazeem and directed by Muhammad Zuhair Ragab, starring: Abdel Hadi Al-Sabbagh, Salma Al-Masry, Zuhair Ramadan, Rana Al-Abyad, Qassem Melh, Alaa Al -Qassem and Zeina Barafi). In its first part, the work presented a history interspersed with dramatic narratives related to the Levantine brocade industry and an attempt by a French engineer to rob this industry and find an alternative workforce to eliminate the local national industry in the 1940s. And he tries to add teaser doses to the background of the essence of the story, through successive murders that revolve around the background of the main event, and the murders of French officers, and will continue to narrate within this context in a second part, that will be filmed soon.

A new production company has finally entered the Syrian drama lineup this season. Despite the economic blockade and the fluctuation and decline of the Syrian pound, Syrian businessman Maher Al-Barghli chose to embark on this adventure, drawing on the experience of star Ayman Reda, who runs his fledgling company, which he called MB . Some time ago, he began filming his Levantine series “Al-Kandoush” (a storehouse of wheat and grains used for specific scales in days of time – the play consists of 60 episodes, written by: Hussam Tahseen Bik, directed by: Samir Hussein, starring: Ayman Zaidn, Soulaf Fawakherji, Shukran Murtaji, Ayman Reda, Fayez Kazak, Tayseer Idris, Radwan Akili, Kinda Hanna, Jafra Younis, Hammam Reda, Fateh Salman, Hazem Zaidan …). The story takes place in the mid-thirties of the last century, without projecting a traditional escalation in the facts, but through weaving more specific condensed data, in the essence of each character, and involving the viewer in tracking the destinations of these characters, starting from a rich and benevolent man, who has his prestige, dignity and presence in the Levantine neighborhood. And his shocking love story with a widowed woman who is not his wife and the mother of his children. And then there is the constant conflict between two axes, one of which is an almost absolute evil, embodied by a young man who wants to adapt his life and achieve dreams through theft and robbery, while the viewer will then have a contemplative opportunity, through a dead man who washes the dead, and the names of the characters, their logic, and their construction in general will leave clear availability. For a different reception, a high degree of popularity, free from the gratuitous criticisms, the delusional accusations and the individual numbers of this type of series.
