A search in his shop, a quantity of jewelery, a sum of 10,000 dollars and 19,500,000 Lebanese pounds were found hidden in the borrowed roof of the upper floor. When his house was searched, 9,100,000 Lebanese pounds were seized and two keys to the applicant’s house and the entrance to the building were seized.
With his interrogation, he confessed to having carried out the robbery after obtaining a copy of the keys, taking advantage of his sister’s visit to visit his mother.
