Negotiations began on Friday night between Armenia and Azerbaijan regarding the parties’ dispute over the Nagorno Karabakh region in the Russian capital Moscow.

Meanwhile, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev insisted that his country would not make concessions in the talks with Armenia and predicted that Armenia’s continued consideration of Nagorno-Karabakh as part of it could fail in the talks.
