A heinous crime of rape that took place in an Egyptian city recently, the details of which were revealed by investigations. A grandmother offered her baby granddaughter to her husband so that he could rape her several times and become pregnant with him, according to local media.
Egyptian newspapers said investigations into the crime that took place in the Helwan area of Cairo revealed that the grandmother, on the mother’s side, introduced her granddaughter, who was no more than 13 years old and suffers from a “disability mental “to her minor husband” in an attempt to entice him to complete his marriage with her and gain her approval. “
The investigation said that the grandmother’s husband raped the girl for about six months and she became pregnant.
And the grandmother on the paternal side decided to take her to the hospital after the girl’s constant crying of pain because of what she had in her stomach, and there she discovered, after the tests, that she was pregnant in the second month.
The investigation confirmed that behind the perpetration of the crime was her grandmother’s husband, by her mother, who raped her about 20 times in a chicken coop on the roof of the house.
And press reports indicated that the grandmother was asking her granddaughter to go up with the accused to the roof of the house, taking advantage of her illness, in exchange for giving her a “candy” and “living with her with husbands.”
On Sunday, the Cairo Investigative Police arrested the accused and he was referred to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, which also ordered the arrest of the grandmother.
Al-Wafd newspaper said the defendant denied the incident and confirmed that she knew nothing about the rape of her granddaughter by her husband.
