Iran’s National Security Council Secretary Ali Shamkhani says Iran was aware of the possibility that scientist Fakhrizadeh was subjected to an assassination attempt, and indicates that the assassination was complicated and based on electronic devices.

Iran’s National Security Council Secretary Ali Shamkhani announced Monday that “the assassination of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was complicated and depended on electronic devices, and none of the perpetrators were present at the scene of the assassination.”
“We have a thread in the case of the murder of Fakhri Zadeh, and we know the plot,” he added in a statement today, Monday, during the burial ceremony of the martyr Iranian nuclear and defense scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh. He said: “Zada’s services cannot be discerned, and the enemy has been trying to assassinate him for 20 years.”
He revealed that the terrorist group of “hypocrites” Khalq “has something to do with the murder of Zada”, indicating that “the criminal element in the incident is the Zionist entity and the Mossad apparatus.”
Shamkhani noted that “the country’s intelligence services had anticipated the possibility and location of the terrorist assassination, and strengthened the necessary protective measures, but this time the enemy used a completely different and new method.”
For his part, Iranian Defense Minister Amir Hatami said during Zada’s funeral ceremony: “No terror or stupid act will pass without a response, and the perpetrators will be punished.”
Hatami added: “The assassination of the martyr Fakhri Zadeh increased our determination to consolidate our forces and continue our march,” noting that “the military option for the enemies has been on the table for 40 years, but this option is now below the table”.
On Monday morning, the funeral ceremony of Iranian scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was held in the Iranian capital, Tehran. The ceremony will take place at the Ministry of Defense before its wealthy pass near Tehran.
The Iranian Security Ministry announced yesterday that measures taken by ministry affiliates led to the discovery of clues about those involved in the murder of the martyr Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.
The Center for Public Relations and Media of the Ministry of Security announced that the details related to these measures will be made known to the public at a later date.
It is noteworthy that the Iranian “Fars News Agency” previously revealed new details of the method of assassination of the Iranian scientist martyr Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.
