At the end of the binding parliamentary consultations, which began at nine in the morning, the General Directorate of the Presidency of the Republic announced, in a statement, that “the President of the Republic, Michel Aoun, summoned Ambassador Mustafa Adeeb to I assigned him to form the government. “

Mustafa Adeeb received 90 votes from the parliamentary blocs. While the “Strong Republic” block announced the nomination of Ambassador Nawaf Salam with 15 votes. Also, Deputy Fouad Makhzoufi called Salam, and 6 deputies reserved the vote, while Representative Michel Daher appointed former Minister Rayya Al Hassan and Representative Jihad Abdel Samad appointed Al Fadl Shalak.

Adeeb joined the presidents of the republic, Michel Aoun and Nabih Berri, for a tripartite meeting in Baabda.
