Recently, there have been several robberies from inside buildings under construction in Mount Lebanon Governorate, the last of which was on 2/8/2021, when an unknown person robbed from an uninhabited villa in the city of Buqata – Al-Shouf .
Through follow-up, investigations and investigations, it was revealed that a suspect carried out several robbery operations from inside construction workshops in the same city. The Division was able to determine his identity and states:

On the same date, and less than 24 hours after the last robbery, the Division patrols were able to determine his whereabouts in the city of Ain and Zain. After a careful monitoring and surveillance process, these patrols mounted a tight ambush that resulted in his arrest aboard a motorcycle, and a forged identity card was seized in their possession, which he uses in his movement.
During a search of his home, a number of stolen electrical cables and parts were seized.
When questioned with him, he confessed to the theft of the aforementioned villa, in addition to several thefts of cables and electrical parts from workshops in Beqaata, and that he obtained a forged ID card from the Ain El-Helweh camp in the amount of 100,000 pounds . .
The legal requirement was taken against him and was deposited in the seizures by the competent authority, based on the judicial indication.
