Hassan Rouhani, President of the Republic of Iran, said that the measures taken by his country to limit the spread of the “Crown” are necessary, stressing that his country will continue to support the most affected groups.

He stressed that economic conditions in the country are on the way to improvement and prosperity, despite what the Iranian people realize to what we are exposed to.

According to the Iranian news agency “IRNA”, Rouhani’s remarks came today, Tuesday, during the 182nd meeting of the Economic Coordination Committee.

The Iranian president affirmed the priority of drawing up the budget list based on economic facts, with the aim of continuing with programs to achieve the country’s development and improve living conditions, especially for low-income groups.

He noted that the resistance of the Iranian people provided a platform to improve the economic situation, noting that despite the severe damage that the Iranian economy suffered as a result of the sanctions, the Iranian government did not allow those who imposed these sanctions to achieve their objectives.

He explained that in view of the objectives specified in the budget regulations, and in accordance with the government programs, we hope that the economic situation will advance towards improvement and prosperity.

In a related context, Rouhani emphasized the need for the recent restrictions imposed by the Iranian government to limit the spread of the Corona epidemic, saying: “Despite the problems caused by some employers, they are necessary.”

He said: “There is no doubt that low-income groups are affected by these restrictions, so the government supports these groups, despite the problems we face, and the great Iranian people know about them.”

Yesterday, Monday, the Iranian government announced a traffic ban between cities and the imposition of extensive interruption measures, starting next Saturday, to limit new infections by the Corona virus.

Iranian government spokesman Ali Rabiei said: “During today’s meeting on the issue of the fight against Corona, it was decided to impose extensive disruption measures on cities, and even restrict the exit of cities and prohibit the movement of a city to another, “according to the Iranian news agency,” IRNA. “
