Fans of the seventh art won’t be waiting long for the release of Robert Zemex’s comedy-fantasy film The Witches. The film, which the latter co-wrote with Guillermo del Toro and Kenya Paris based on a classic children’s book of the same title (edited in 1983), signed by the British Roald Dahl, will be released on October 22 on the streaming platform HBO Max. The public was able to see some of his scenes through the trailer that was released two days ago.

Note that this film is the second film work around the aforementioned novel, after the British Nicholas Roig directed a version for the big screen in 1990.
Initially, Warner Bros Studios was scheduled to release work in theaters, but it was finally decided to release it digitally in the United States on October 22, 2020.
