The Minister of Public Health requested that the necessary measures be taken against the two hospitals, highlighting that “the above constituted mainly an immoral act in the medical-humanitarian field and is considered a manifest dysfunction in addition to being a punishable offense by the Lebanese Prison. Code.”
The Minister of Public Health decided to close one of the private medical laboratories in the Mazraa – Beirut area after observers from the Ministry of Public Health confirmed the validity of the complaints received about the issuance of PCR results in violation of medical principles, which that violates ethics. of the medical laboratory profession.
