On 13-1-2021, an unknown person, on a motorized bicycle of unknown specifications, tried to rob citizen Issam Khamis (born 12 year) in the town of al-Jnah, causing the latter to fall from his motorcycle . and a severe head injury, which led to his death – after being taken to hospital – succumbing to his injuries. The news of the crime was reported on the media and social networks in a way that caused fear among citizens.

Subsequently, the necessary orders were issued and the competent divisions of the Information Division began their immediate efforts to work on clarifying the circumstances of the crime and the arrest of the author.

As a result of the follow-up, extensive investigations and investigations carried out by the specialized divisions of the division, the suspect was identified, and he is called:

– M. s. (Born 1996, Palestinian), and has a history of robbery, robbery, pickpocketing and drug addiction.

On 1-27-2021, and through a careful monitoring and control process, a special force of the division arrested him, with a lightning operation, after working to locate him precisely in the town of Ouzai.

The motorized bicycle he was riding was seized for pickpocketing and pillage, in addition to two looted cell phones.

With his interrogation, he admitted that, on 01/13/2021, he tried to loot the bag of citizen Issam Khamis in the town of Al-Jnah, and caused his death, since Essam fell from his bicycle to the ground. He also admitted that, after his release from prison, he carried out various pick-up and robbery operations in areas: Al-Jnah, Gemmayzeh, Ain Mreisseh, Raoucheh, Ramla Al-Bayda, the Kuwait embassy, ​​Al-Kola and Airport Road, on a white motorcycle, in addition to / 9 / Attempts were unsuccessful. He admitted that he sells the stolen mobile devices at the Shatila camp, in exchange for money and to obtain the hashish he uses.

The legal requirement was taken against him and the seizures were deposited with the competent authority, prior reference from the Judicial Power.
