Zarif had stated that his country would not negotiate with the next US president on the nuclear deal, adding that a new way of negotiating could be found and that this meant Washington’s return to the negotiating table and not the start of new ones. talks.
Zarif also emphasized that the US sanctions had hurt Iran, but was unable to bring it to its knees, and Washington failed to achieve its goal of changing the Iranian regime.
