The newspaper pointed out that there is a legal point of view that the matter depends on the decision made by the judicial investigator “Sawan”, in light of listening to the statement of the former minister, “Zuaiter”, if he decides to listen to it, noting that the authority of “Sawan” is absolute in the record of The level of summons of whoever deems necessary for the investigation, as well as the making of the pertinent decision, including whether or not the necessary arrest warrants are issued without consulting the judge “Awaidat” in his quality of judicial prosecutor.
