In addition to “creating a special account in the Ministry of Social Affairs to help victims of domestic violence, and the rehabilitation of perpetrators is financed with state contributions, donations and funds resulting from the fines imposed by this law and more stringent penalties for perpetrators of crimes of domestic violence “.
