Zeina Tabbara-
A member of the Development and Liberation Bloc, deputy Muhammad Nasrallah, considered that assigning Prime Minister Saad Hariri to form the government, a step that pays the right direction to get out of the tragic reality that the country is experiencing, but that requires efforts of all to arrive at a government formation capable of fighting the situation and stopping the deterioration. Monetary and economic, noting that the Development and Liberation Bloc is linked to optimism, even if it is a small percentage, and will do everything possible, through President Nabih Berri, for Prime Minister Hariri to succeed in his mission, because he can be the last chance to get through the tunnel.
In a statement to Al-Anbaa, Nasrallah denied that the distinction between Berri and Hizbullah in terms of appointing Prime Minister Hariri was a process of distribution of roles or a difference of views, and emphasized that the distinction between the two parties is evidence of the free space that remains between them, for each of them to express their positions and their reading of the scenario, thus describing the distinction between Amal and Hezbollah on the appointment of the prime minister, a good matter that enriches democratic work, and it can have a positive impact on the political life of the country.
Consequently, Nasrallah stressed that President Berri’s role in supporting Prime Minister Hariri’s mandate is clear and cannot be explained. Indeed, President Berri will take this support to the extreme, especially at this critical stage in Lebanon’s history, in the hope that Prime Minister Hariri will succeed in his mission. Difficult and arduous. By extension, he stressed that President Berri will not renounce his role of dismantling mines and turning corners, to arrive at a rescue government formation capable of facing the economic crisis, through a series of effective technical and practical measures.
In response to a question, Nasrallah claimed that the “national duo”, Egypt based on the fact that the Lebanese system is a sectarian system, entrusts the Ministry of Finance to the Shiite community, as customarily agreed in Taif, noting that the Prime Minister Hariri recently expressed his lack of objection to him being a minister. The money is Shiite. “From here we feel that the difference of points of view between Hariri and the national duo has disappeared, and now we are moving towards the resolution of the rest of the decade,” considering that what is required of each political party is to take a step back, meet with others in a common space, which will have a positive impact on the formation of the Government.
Regarding the “mine” demand that God form a government of 22 or 24 ministers, in addition to the “mine” demand of former minister Gebran Bassil for the establishment of a techno-political government, Nasrallah considered that these are preliminary demands that do not prevent bend corners and do not exclude showing some flexibility. By the different parties to find a common meeting point, especially since everyone is aware of the dangers of being left without an effective government, especially since the opportunities are no longer available to avoid the great explosion at the economic and social level.
