The Minister of Education and Higher Education of the interim government, Dr. Tariq Al-Majzoub, issued the following statement:

According to the meetings held this week by the Corona Committee, blended learning is re-accredited in educational institutions, both official and private, for my sessions before and after noon, starting on the morning of Monday, November 30, 2020, in all regions. The decisions issued by the Ministry regarding the application of Mixed Learning and implementation of manual health procedures issued by the Ministry of Education.
And the Minister of Education, while highlighting the preparations made by the directorates and educational institutions in terms of benefiting from the last two weeks to develop accompanying integrated learning, draws attention to the fact that the ministry will make visits to schools, high schools and institutes, both official and private, to ensure the proper implementation of preventive measures.
Ask everyone to call the ministry’s operating room hotline (01/772186), which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to stay up-to-date with integrated learning, and to receive news of any injuries or specific situation that requires immediate action or request for assistance.
The ministry will post on its website, which it developed, in cooperation with the Lebanese Red Cross and the Crown Committee, all information related to injuries and the results of visits to educational institutions, starting next week. The operating room has been mechanized and training courses have been held for managers and health officials.
In light of the exceptional health situation, we count on the cooperation of all partners, inside and outside the ministry, to make the school year a success.
