Third: regarding passengers from Iraq:

– All passengers arriving in Lebanon from Iraq must undergo a second PCR test upon arrival at Rafic Hariri – Beirut International Airport. An amount of US $ 50 will be added to the price of the travel card, for each passenger, the cost of taking the exam required upon arrival at the airport.

– Lebanese and foreign passengers residing in Lebanon and coming from Iraq must comply with home quarantine for a period of 72 hours from the date of their arrival in Lebanon, during which they will undergo a third PCR test, at your expense.

Fourth: With respect to passengers from the rest of the world:

All passengers arriving in Lebanon from the rest of the world must choose between: Repeating a second PCR test within a maximum period of 72 hours from the date of arrival in Lebanon on their own account or committing to a home quarantine or at the hotel for a period of 10 days from the date of your arrival in Lebanon.

Fifth, with respect to passengers who left Lebanon and returned within a week:

Passengers who departed and returned to Lebanon within a week, that is, those who departed on one of the days of the week and returned on the same day during the following week, cannot undergo a PCR test in the countries from which they wish to return, and these passengers must:

A- Passengers from Iraq, Egypt, Turkey and all African countries: Perform a PCR test upon arrival at the airport.

B- Passengers from the rest of the world: the choice between performing a PCR test upon arrival at the airport on their own, or performing it within a maximum period of 72 hours from the date of arrival at Rafic Hariri International Airport.

Exceptions: Exceptions to the PCR test are: children under 12 years of age, UNIFIL and members of diplomatic missions accredited to Lebanon.
