In the event that some citizens continue without complying with the instructions related to prevention measures, public safety, avoid overcrowding and adopt masks to cover the mouth and nose and maintain safe distances between people, a total closure will be achieved of public and private departments and institutions, companies and commercial stores, except for the health sector and military devices only, and to prevent citizens from permanently entering and entering the streets under pain of applying the applicable laws, especially those related with epidemic diseases.
A large number of victims were recorded among military personnel serving on the Military Tribunal.
