Lebanese Interior Minister: Any increase in Corona’s injuries will push us to close again

The Lebanese Minister of the Interior and Municipalities, Brigadier General Mohamed Fahmy, stressed this Saturday “the need to find a balance between the economic situation and the health situation”, noting that “if the wounded increase, we will close.”

After his meeting with Patriarch Bechara Al-Rai in Bkerke, Brigadier General Mohamed Fahmy hoped that “the casualties will remain as they are so that we do not close the country again”, noting that “stopping air traffic from Great Britain is the responsibility of a specialized committee “.

On the other hand, the Lebanese minister considered that “the tragedy of August eliminated the joy of Christmas, and God willing, next year will be a year of recovery for Corona and of overcoming Lebanon from the tragedies we are experiencing this year” . And he said: “We must reach results in the investigations about the explosion of the port.” And he considered that “the discretionary adoption of the investigations fails them.”

Brigadier General Mohamed Fahmy stated that “there are some clues in the investigations into the crimes of Qurtuba and Al-Kahaleh”, adding that “the security services are working hard to uncover the circumstances of the Al-Kahala crime.”
