Consequently, the Fund’s lawyer, under the direction of the Director General, filed a complaint with the Financial Prosecutor’s Office against the Karnabi Cleaning Company, which registered 337 fictitious Lebanese employees, as they were removed from the fund’s records, and demanded recovery. of the benefits from which they benefited without rights, and the company was also destined to pay Contributions for foreign workers in an amount estimated at 1.4 billion Lebanese pounds.
From here, Dr. Karaki confirms that he will complete this file and any other file of fraud and fraud of all kinds, against any of the parties, and will assume the most severe sanctions against them, because the Trust for the Protection of the Rights of the Insured People are the compass and the objective on which the fund is based and in the administration and users, all regulatory and legal bodies will ensure their protection.
