After the shocking crime that occurred in Kahala – Mount Lebanon on Monday, when citizen Joseph Bejani was killed with a silencer weapon in the morning by unknown persons who also confiscated his phone, Kahala today says goodbye to his murdered son with pain and deep pain suffocating the voice of his father, his wife and all who knew him.
Joseph’s father spoke with pain and sadness, telling the LBC: “May God grant me my right, not the state … My loved ones left me and my heart burned.”
In turn, his wife only said: “With tears in her eyes, God bless my children.”
The Minister of the Interior and Municipalities of the interim government, Muhammad Fahmy, had received in the morning the mayor of Kahala, Jan Bejjani, in his office of the ministry, where he briefed the Minister of the Interior with Bjani about the series of contacts that he had made since first moment with the director general of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Imad Othman, who highlighted the work in Accelerate investigations into the horrible crime that claimed the life of photographer Bjani.
Fahmy stressed that she will follow the case closely until the criminals are revealed, noting that Kahla’s organized crime will not pass. Minister Fahmy, mayor of the municipality, conveyed his deepest condolences to the family of the deceased and the entire population of the city of Kahala.
