The “Alma” Research and Education Center confirmed that the presence of “Hezbollah” sites in southern Syria is much higher than previously revealed.

The center said in a report published by the “Jerusalem Post” newspaper, “The party has about 58 sites, 28 of which are for the southern party leadership and 30 for the Golan project,” according to the center.

The center’s report to determine these locations was based on the Syrian opposition sites and the actual locations that were targeted by the Israeli army.

The report added: “These sites, which are concentrated in the Quneitra and Daraa governorates, constitute a qualitative basis for Hezbollah’s activities, in terms of intelligence gathering and operational planning, which constitutes an ongoing challenge for Israel and the region. “.

He continued: “The southern command of the party has a basic mission, which is to establish infrastructure for Hezbollah in the region, not only to collect information on the Israeli army, but also to train the First Syrian Army Corps for war with Israel.”

He explained that Ali Musa Daqduq’s leadership had opened the “Golan Project”, based in Damascus and Beirut, and among its tasks was “collecting intelligence on Israel and military movements in the Golan, which is under Israeli sovereignty,” according to the newspaper. .

And the Israeli army hopes, in the event of a war in the south, that it will not be confined to one front, but along the northern borders with Syria and Lebanon.
