Iran will open all its mosques tomorrow

An Iranian Health Ministry spokesman, Kyanosh Jahanpur, announced that the number of cases of the “Corona” virus reached 109,286 people after registering 1,683 cases, and the death of 45 people, bringing the death toll to 6685 people.

Jahanpur added in its statement that the number of people who recovered from the virus reached 87,422 people.
In turn, Iranian government spokesman Ali Rubaie said 30,000 tests are performed daily to detect HIV infections, pointing to the need for another 1.5 million tests to complete the initial screening plan in the country.

Opening of mosques tomorrow
All the mosques in Iran will be reopened tomorrow, Tuesday, in another step by the government to ease the restrictions imposed, the Iranian news and television agency said, citing Mohammad Qumi, director of the Islamic Development Organization.
The decision to reopen the mosques was made in consultation with the Ministry of Health, according to official statements, although some parts of the country saw an increase in injuries.

Partial opening of a crossing with Pakistan
The Mirjawa border crossing between Iran and Pakistan was partially reopened, after a hiatus of more than two months, according to Iranian Customs Authority spokesman Rouhollah Latifi.
Latifi said the appeal decision has been in effect since this morning, with priority given to crossing trucks stuck at the borders and goods that have been legally entered into Pakistan two months ago.
Latifi confirmed that more than 600 trucks are waiting for their cargo to enter Pakistani territory.
