Tehran’s Attorney General Ali Al-Qassi Mehr accused the British company G4S, responsible for aviation security at Baghdad International Airport, of being involved in the assassination of Iranian General Qassem Soleimani.
The Prosecutor said during a session of legal and judicial follow-up of the murder file of Soleimani and his accompanying delegation, which was carried out today in the presence of the President of the Supreme Court, Ibrahim Raisi, and officials of the judicial, military, security agencies , intelligence and politics, said that the British company gave the US Army in Iraq the arrival date of the plane carrying Qassem. Soleimani.
Furthermore, the Public Ministry stated that the investigations also indicate German involvement in Soleimani’s murder.
He explained that the US Air Force base in Germany is responsible for directing the US plane, which targeted the Soleimani convoy, and providing flight information and data to US forces.
The prosecutor confirmed that the Iranian authorities are working to hunt down the British company responsible for the security of Baghdad airport.
He added: “The identity of 45 US figures responsible for the murder of Soleimani has been identified, and we have presented an order to summon them to the International Police – Interpol.”
He noted that Iran “granted 6 countries, namely Iraq, Syria, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon and Jordan, judicial representation to investigate Soleimani’s murder, and we recently received the result of the judicial representation of Iraq.”
