Who supports the criminal audit and who is against it? All Lebanese implicitly know the answer to this question, but few do.
Criminal scrutiny today is the highest ceiling for reform, and in practice no one raises this demand and supports it legislatively and executive, after it has been raised since the 1990s, except for one person, the president of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, and with him a parliamentary bloc and a movement, others strive to portray them as equal to all other powers, in corruption, while the facts prove otherwise.
Michel Aoun is the only one who intrudes, so to speak, of the political class that governs the country, not only since Taif, but since the second half of the eighties, according to the evidence of names that have been repeated on the political scene. and in various parliaments and governments for forty years.
During the war, Michel Aoun fought with everyone. He said to them: Let us liberate the land and then reconcile between us, and they responded with cannons. And when I told them that Taif, as they approved it, is not a solution project, but future crisis projects, their response came in solidarity and solidarity with the outside, the process of October 13, then the exile, since it was kept different with everyone.
He demanded freedom, sovereignty and independence, but the Lebanese turned a deaf ear to the unity of the road and the destiny, the necessity, the legitimate and the temporal, and laid the foundations for a failed and corrupt political, administrative, economic, financial and financial situation. and media system.
Michel Aoun returned from deportation, five years after the Israeli withdrawal and ten days after the departure from Syria. And immediately the swords of nullity shone in his face: a quadripartite alliance, a political blockade of those who had reaped 70 percent of the Christian vote, and a ban on participating in the first government after leaving the guardianship.
As for him, he remained a stranger to them, he did not resemble them at all. They tried to collide, but he risked everything, to preserve everything … through understanding. They extended the wrong economic and financial policies, but he stood against it, calling hundreds of times in speeches and audiotaped interviews, for a productive, non-rentier economy, for financial correction, approval of budgets and bill cuts, and of course for the criminal audit.
They tried to prevent him from participating in the 2005 elections by keeping him in deportation, but he returned. They tried to defeat him in the 2009 elections, photographing him as a follower of a regime that had resisted its occupation of Lebanon, while they lay in bed, loyal to a regional state that had always run to visit him, for which he defeated them. and it retained the largest Christian parliamentary bloc in Lebanon’s history.
As for the presidential, they did the impossible not to be elected. In the end, he became president. He became president because of his popular strength first, with the support of his allies second, and with the conflict of his political opponents among them third.
Since his election it has been “Bi All”. What is meant by this is that “B”, all the components and all the citizens, does not distinguish between one Lebanese and another, as he did from the beginning of his military and political career. As for them, they were the wolf in sheep’s clothing. And they continued to hamper reform attempts and delay projects, until October 17.
That day people screamed with a correct cry, so they took crying and took it in the wrong direction. Suddenly he became the culprit, and all the perpetrators of transgressions since the 1980s and 1990s are the innocent and pure, the masters of reform and the rule of law.
That is the lie, as for the truth, it is that they are taking advantage of people’s daily needs, which are fair and correct, to escape the reckoning. Today the forensic audit is the title of the account. A fair account, which is the only way to build a real state, which everyone rejects, except him. And all Lebanese know that this is the truth.
The bulletin begins with a paragraph of legislative scrutiny, the subject of which is today President Michel Aoun’s proposal in 2013 to establish a special court for crimes against public money.
