First: the district office in the Mount Lebanon Governorate Districts must inform the municipalities, each within its jurisdiction, to take the necessary steps to ensure the continuation of AC power during distance education hours, that is, between eight in the morning and three in the afternoon, and that they ask the owners of private generators, if they are called The Need – not to turn it off during the aforementioned hours to preserve the regularity of distance education and prevent students from missing any of the classes in this education.
Second: Failure to comply with the provisions of this circular exposes the offender to judicial prosecution in accordance with the provisions of article 770 sanctions.
