He pointed out that “the designated Prime Minister Saad Hariri is in charge of forming a government under the impulse of the French initiative”, saying: “Although he had pressure, he accepted this responsibility, and his duty is to be at the required level and work to strengthen the internal front , but if everyone sticks to the quotas we will stay in the shell in which we live, and I assure you that this situation cannot be tolerated by anyone ”.
Terzian stressed that “when the corrupt are exposed and their cover is taken away, whoever they are, the country will come back and prosper financially and economically, and Beirut will be more beautiful than before.”
In response to a question about his interpretation of the United States sanctions, he said: “The sanctions are caused by the weakness of the internal situation, since no one can penetrate the internal house if it is well fortified, if its result is counterproductive and not is more than a pressure card on politicians, then our only agenda should be to save Lebanon, and if the Americans are in the interest of Lebanon and the Lebanese, it is better to push for the formation of a government diplomatically and taking into account it counts the interests of the country and the Lebanese without malice. But if a certain political price is paid, it will not produce any results.
Terzian believed that “the sanctions must aim to save Lebanon and expose the corrupt royals and those involved in the waste of public money, the looting of the treasury and the deterioration of the Lebanese pound and the economy with evidence and evidence, and must simulate justice, not put everyone in the category of corruption just for a regional interest. ” And he said: “The arbitrary and unilateral sanctions Polo and any political sanction of a totalitarian nature or whose objective is the retribution of one Lebanese party for the benefit of another, harm Lebanon and no one can be satisfied with it.”
He called for “freeing the hand of the judiciary to the greatest extent possible”, emphasizing that “we do not need foreign laws to combat corruption, as the Lebanese judiciary is stronger than any foreign law.”
He called on “the US administration to present evidence and evidence on the corrupt in the Lebanese state and to support the Lebanese judiciary to prosecute them before the people and by national law to do them justice if their innocence is found.”
