In names … the Lebanese delegation to the border demarcation negotiations

In an article entitled: “Aoun continues to form the Lebanese delegation for border demarcation negotiations”, in the newspaper “Al-Sharq Al-Awsat”, the writer Enas Sherry indicated that the President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, is following The issue of the formation of the Lebanese delegation that will participate in the first negotiation meeting on the demarcation of the borders with the Israeli side, under the auspices of the United Nations, which is scheduled for the 14th of this month, Aoun -according to a a source close to the Presidency of the Republic – the process of forming this delegation has not ended permanently.

In an interview with the Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper, the source indicated that the delegation will inevitably include soldiers, civilians, experts in law and geological studies, and a representative of the Oil Sector Committee, and will likely be the head of the committee and the February Medal.

The source indicated that, in addition to February, the delegation includes Pilot Brigadier General Bassam Yassin, Marine Corps Colonel Mazen Basbous and an international law expert Najib Masih, who works with the Army Command on map-related issues.

Notably, the Israeli government announced on Thursday night its team for the negotiations, which includes political figures, including the Director General of the Energy Ministry, Udi Adiri, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s diplomatic adviser, Reuven Azar.
