When will the Corona vaccine be ready, according to Trump?
In a few weeks, the military will be trusted to distribute it
What are Biden’s accusations to Trump?
He said Trump has no plans to face Corona
The president of the United States, Donald Trump, said that the Corona vaccine will be ready in a few weeks, indicating that his country will not witness a new closure to face the virus.
The recent presidential debate, which took place Thursday night, between the Republican candidate, Trump, and his Democratic counterpart, Joe Biden, witnessed mutual accusations, as usual, between the two parties, spanning several areas.
Trump said during the debate: “The Corona vaccine will be ready in a few weeks and the military will be trusted to distribute the vaccine to millions of people.”
Trump emphasized that the country would not shut down again to face Corona, adding: “You can’t stay in the basement like Biden does.”
He affirmed that the democratic rulers of the states closed them and caused great suffering to the population, highlighting that he listened to all scholars, emphasizing that “all the solutions proposed by Biden and the Democrats are a closure, but we will not go that way” .
‘Trump without a plan’
In turn, Biden launched a violent attack on Trump for his handling of the Corona virus crisis, considering that “the person responsible for the large number of deaths (in Corona in the United States) should not be a president.”
He explained that Trump “does not have any plans to confront Corona, and has previously reduced the severity of the virus.”
He added: “We must implement measures to confront Corona and not close the country … We are about to lose 200,000 more people to Corona,” and emphasized that “providing resources is necessary to confront Corona.”
Regarding foreign interference in American affairs, Biden said that “any country that interferes in the elections will pay the price,” explaining that Trump “said nothing to Putin about Russia’s interference in the elections,” and promised that Moscow, China and Iran would pay the price for their interference in the presidential elections if what did he win?
In turn, Trump accused Biden of obtaining, along with his family, 3.5 million dollars from Russia, in addition to other sums from China and Ukraine, which the Democratic candidate denied.
Biden confirmed that Trump is the one who owns a bank account in China and received funds from Beijing, to respond to Trump, confirming that he closed that account in 2015.
In a related context, Trump confirmed that he had paid “millions of dollars in taxes,” while Biden said that “the president has been saying for 4 years that he will disclose his tax history and avoid.”
For his part, Trump considered that “Biden should clarify his position on financial corruption issues.”
Biden noted that for more than two decades, he has exposed his tax returns and there is no evidence to support Trump’s claim. Biden added: “Show your tax returns or stop talking about corruption.”
The discussion then touched on the North Korean archive, where Trump said former President Barack Obama told him that “North Korea poses a great challenge. However, Biden considered that” Trump gave legitimacy to North Korean leader Kim Jong A, while “Obama refused to receive it.”
Health care
Regarding the Obamacare health program, Trump said it is not suitable for the health of Americans.
However, Biden considered that “Trump did not present any plan to protect chronic diseases”, highlighting that “medical care is not a luxury but a right of citizens … Citizens need medical care at the lowest cost.”
On the other hand, Trump responded by saying that “for 47 years Biden has done nothing”, considering that “Biden wants to turn the health sector into a socialist sector”, while the Democratic candidate said that “Trump will work to destroy the health care system. Health”.
This debate differed from the previous one, when the Presidential Debates Commission announced the modification of its regulations, especially with regard to cutting off the microphone of the candidate when it is not their turn to speak, in order to avoid boycotting the second candidate and prevent the confusion that prevailed in the first debate is repeated.
This debate, which took place in Nashville, Tennessee, comes 12 days before the scheduled date of the vote, which will take place on November 3, as Biden surpasses Trump in opinion polls so far.
