No contacts between politicians and no more consultations and meetings French President Emmanuel Macron has extended his initiative for six weeks, but everyone already realizes that there is no government in sight. Not before the release of the US election results and the clarification of Washington’s new way of working in the archives of the region. For the past month, politicians have been waiting for the French president and his entourage to dictate directions, and they implement them without objection. These same people are waiting for an American decision next November, and at the same time they are waiting for the words of Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah tonight. Although it is not yet clear whether Nasrallah will address harsh words to Macron as a result of the “accusations” he made against Hezbollah in a conference the day before yesterday, or if the speech will be firm in content and calm in form. The party seems to be very unhappy with the expressions of the French president, who has no right to use them, especially since the party was completely frank with him during the September 1 meeting at the Pine Palace. As he was clearly informed that day of what the party accepts and what it opposes; And during the subsequent period, whether in consultation or writing, or in meetings with French officials in Beirut, the party maintained its position without any modification. The party’s discontent was expressed by the television station, Al-Manar, during the presentation of the news bulletin last night, so it went to Macron saying: “I was wrong with the style and misled the title, and apparently I suspected between residences and the act of guardianship “. The channel considered that the French president’s words “indicate the shame of his position after his mission was stranded by his US allies and their tools in the region and Lebanon,” rejecting “the message of threats and intimidation, preaching and distribution of accusations, in a place like Lebanon. ” The party asked, through Al-Manar, about the role that Macron will have in the country, if it is about “copying the American position and agreeing with the Israeli position and some Arabs, making it a party.” And Hezbollah demanded, through its television channel, to publish the text of the initiative and what it contained, so that the Lebanese would know what was wrong and what was easy, “unless Hezbollah and the parliamentary majority are required to hand over to the entire government and this sensitive circumstance of the life of the nation to the bombers of the initiative “. Macron recommended investigating the Lebanese reality, “which is not similar to what some of his advisers and selected media reported in his press conference working within the chorus of the ten billion dollars spent in Lebanon.”

Aoun will not convene quick parliamentary consultations so that Adib’s experience is not repeated

For his part, Deputy Ali Hassan Khalil refused to comment on what was expressed in Macron’s speech, stating in a televised interview that “the initiative whose details have been agreed are written, distributed and known.” He remarked that “there are no contacts or consultations at the current level in the internal affairs of the government,” noting that “nothing prevents consultations between President Michel Aoun and Parliament’s spokesperson Nabih Berri.” Meanwhile, high-ranking sources from the March 8 team confirm that negotiations to form the government will focus in the coming weeks on “agreeing on the rules for forming the government before agreeing to appoint a president.” In this context, Aoun remains impatient and will not quickly convene parliamentary consultations to assign a new figure to form a government, “so that Mustafa Adeeb’s experience is not repeated,” according to Baabda sources. However, the President of the Republic, upon receiving the French Ambassador, Bruno Fuchsia, on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic work in Lebanon, expressed his support for the French initiative, noting “the interest shown by the French President towards Lebanon. and the Lebanese. ” Aoun lamented “Adeeb’s inability to form a government in accordance with the steps of the initiative in terms of the reforms that are supposed to be achieved, whether they need laws passed by parliament or those that the government will issue shortly after its training and gaining confidence. ” The Free Patriotic Movement circles point out that “it was and continues to be a facilitator of what was agreed at the Pine Palace.” He added that “the movement did not prevent or impose a requirement or conditions other than respect for the constitution, the unity of norms and respect for the office and role of the presidency.”

He was the victim of the source who invaded this news for him, and informed Russian sources suggested that it was “a Parisian source close to Hariri.” In the same context, sources close to Hariri told Al-Akhbar that the latter had turned off his engines after Adib apologized for not forming a government last Saturday. According to sources, Hariri sees himself in an embarrassing situation, as he cannot stand up to Hezbollah, nor can he stand up to Washington and Riyadh at the same time, who want him as a spearhead against Hezbollah.
