Hizbullah emphasized: “The US administration is a terrorist authority wreaking havoc and devastation throughout the world. It is the main sponsor of Zionist and penitential terrorism in our region. It basically has no right to classify honorable people and resistance fighters as terrorism. , and everything that comes from this administration is condemned and rejected. “

The statement considered that “this policy of sanctions of the United States will not be able to achieve its objectives in Lebanon, nor will it lead to subjugating the Lebanese and forcing them to lose their sovereign national rights. Rather, it will increase their adherence to their free decision, their dignity. national and its full sovereignty “.

“Hezbollah” added: “The positions issued by the Presidency in the Amal Movement and by the head of the Marada Movement confirm this fact.”

And the United States Treasury announced, in a statement issued on Tuesday, the imposition of sanctions on the Minister of Public Works of the previous Lebanese government, Youssef Fenianos, and the former Minister of Finance, Ali Hassan Khalil.

The US Treasury accused both Fenianos and Khalil of providing material and financial support to “Hezbollah”, which Washington considers a terrorist organization.
