Haniyeh said: “We want to preserve the resistance of the Palestinian people and advance on the basis of legal action to extract our Palestinian right.”
Haniyeh also said that all means of struggle are available, “and our goal is a unified legislative council, a unified government and a joint national program.”
The head of the “Hamas” political bureau affirmed support and enthusiasm for “holding elections quickly and accepting the will and choices of our people.”
Haniyeh emphasized that the “Hamas” movement is based on the priority of the Palestinian national interest before any other consideration, explaining that “recent contacts with the brothers of the Fatah movement are not at the expense of the entire Palestinian community, and we communicate with everyone”.
Haniyeh concluded by saying: “We are determined to achieve and achieve Palestinian interests, to be one people and one leadership at home and abroad.”
