The “Tiro Association for Arts”, “The Lebanese National Theater” and “The Istanbul Theater” announced the program for the second session of the “Lebanon International Theater Festival for Storytellers”. Under the motto “Greetings to Beirut”, since the event will be held between October 10 and 12 at the “Lebanese National Theater” in Tire (South Lebanon), with the participation of two narrators from Lebanon for direct performances, namely: Khaled Na`na and Sarah Kassir, Naseem Alwan, Raja Bishara, Ghawa Allam, Sahar Shahadi, Fatima Zaarour and Rana Ghaddar. As for the narrators of the electronic programs, they are: Jihad Darwish and Anne Wang from France, Nayrouz Al-Tanbouli from Egypt, Souad Hammouar and Ahmed Al-Dahrchi and Amal Al-Mazouri from Morocco, Naima Mahaylia from Algeria, Denis Asaad and Hanin Tarbayeh and Muhammad Al-Hajidi Ahmed from Palestine, along with Pavlina Marvin, Thomas Diavas and the Order of the Albatross from Greece.
The festival aims to preserve heritage, identity and narrative art by holding an artistic event to exchange different heritage experiences and practices between various countries, highlighting the importance of the classical Arabic language and preserving it and rehabilitating the art of stories. popular.
