The head of the “Lebanese Forces” party, Samir Geagea, emphasized that the “forces” would not take up arms again except in one case, if the army and internal security forces collapsed.
Geagea said, in a press release published on Monday, that “the alliance of President Michel Aoun’s party with (Hezbollah) is what led the country to what it has achieved, and the solution lies in early parliamentary elections to replace the parliamentary majority “.
He added that his last wish is: “to wake up and find parliamentary blocs that have resigned from the House of Representatives with (the forces), to go to early elections.”
Geagea claimed that “the missiles it (Hezbollah) owns are Iranian missiles, and they are available to serve an Iranian project, as evidenced by the statement we heard from the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard air forces.”
He continued: “What surprised me personally with his words was that he was ready to help everyone who works to confront Israel! The question: Why do you want to help everyone confront Israel? And why don’t they face it directly? I mean, why doesn’t the (Revolutionary Guard) directly confront Israel? “
He noted that “there is a use of countries surrounding Israel at a time that makes Iran immune to everything that is happening.
Responding to Hassan Nasrallah, the secretary general of the Lebanese Hezbollah, saying that Iran and Syria are the most important supporters of the resistance in Lebanon, Geagea said: “That is correct, and the greatest evidence is the situation in which the people live today. Lebanese in Lebanon “.
