However, the dissatisfaction of various members of the Union Council with the legal department is not related to their “failure” to win one of the most important trials, but to a conviction that has become firmly ineffective in this department, especially in light of the financial and monetary crisis that the country is going through.
According to information from “Al-Akhbar”, the contract signed with the lawyers stipulates that their salaries will be paid in dollars and range from $ 64,000 as the highest salary to $ 9,600 as the lowest salary. This raises questions about the union’s ability to continue paying and renewing the contract.

Lawyers did not win the union’s largest case against a pharmaceutical company

The dissatisfaction of the council members with the department is also due to the fact that it is the product of the decision of the council office, which they consider an infringement of the council’s powers and an excessive use of its powers.
