Date 01/15/2021 which contains the notification of the exceptional approval of the President of the Republic and the Head of Government on the decision to complete the closure, from the morning of Thursday corresponding to 07/01/2021 until the morning of Monday 02/01/2021 and its modifications, and in view of the health conditions that the country is going through, At the proposal of the Director General of Technical and Vocational Education,

Decide the following:

Article 1: Distance learning routes (theoretical lessons) will continue to operate in public and private schools and technical institutes until February 15, 2021, provided that the director of the school / institute can approve the appropriate educational routes so that ensure the proper functioning of teaching, taking into account not to overload students in teaching lessons and assignments. Home.

Article Two: The weekly teaching program specified in the official technical schools and institutes for the 2020/2021 academic year will be approved, provided that simultaneous teaching does not exceed 40 minutes of the teaching session period.

Article Three: The administration of the school / institute has the right to compensate the teaching hours for previous closing periods by adding a sixth day (Friday or Saturday) to the days of distance education.

Article 4: The General Director of Technical and Vocational Education issues a circular specifying the mechanism to organize the delivery of applied lessons to students of technical schools and institutes in the period until February 15, 2021.

Fifth Article: Contractors study the full hours specified in their annual contracts during the 2020/2021 academic year.

Article Six: This decision will be notified to the obligated parties and will be executed as of February 1, 2021.
