The Special Court for Kosovo in The Hague stated that the indictment against the resigned Kosovar President Hashem Taji contains 10 elements, including murder and torture.

The prosecution also indicated that these people are also responsible for the crimes of their subordinates.
Taji was jailed Thursday night in The Hague after his resignation to face charges brought by a special court for committing war crimes during the conflict between the region and Serbian forces.
The Special Court for Kosovo in The Hague said that the former political leader of the separatist “Kosovo Liberation Army”, which has been in power for more than ten years, was transferred with the three suspects to the court’s “detention center” from the Dutch city.
The court will later announce the date of the first appearance of the accused before it.
